Cherry Edits is AI-native. To get value from it, you'll need:

• An API key from Anthropic or OpenRouter (we walk you through getting one).
• A working sense of how LLMs behave — token costs, rate limits, the occasional weird output that needs your eye on it.
• Comfort spot-checking AI edits rather than expecting publish-ready output on the first run.

If "API key," "tokens," or "rate limit" are unfamiliar terms, this will likely feel like more friction than it's worth. We're not the tool for "click one button and get a finished book" — we're the tool for authors who already use AI and want it to do real editing work on their manuscript.
